1. Client completes discovery survey
2. Client schedules first meeting/ or onboarding meeting
3. Any missing pieces are on the onboarding form
4. Once the onboarding form has been submitted, we can kick off automations to setup the user
5. Send client a welcome email
6. Wait for payment
7. Once paid client becomes a Type of "Customer"
8. Grant access to the portal to see invoices, classes, etc
